At LondonInstructor, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we have streamlined the cancellation process to make it as effortless as possible. Please read the following guidelines to ensure that your cancellation is processed swiftly and efficiently.
How to Request a Cancellation
1. Lesson Cancellation by Student
To ensure fair scheduling and to respect instructors' time:
More than 24 hours' notice:
✅ Full refund or free reschedule.
Less than 24 hours' notice:
❌ No refund. Lesson is considered forfeited.
No-show or late arrival (15+ minutes):
❌ Lesson is forfeited and non-refundable.
�We strongly encourage all students to cancel or reschedule as early as possible.
Notice Period Requirements
Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Canceling your booking with less than the required notice may result in a fee or a deduction from your refund, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
Prepaid Lesson Packages
Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase
Unused lessons may be refunded pro-rata if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice
Partial refunds may incur a small admin fee
Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider full or partial refunds for:
Medical emergencies (with proof)
Bereavement or family emergency
Other genuine, documented situations

Instructor Cancellation
If an instructor cancels a lesson:
✅ Student will be offered:
A rescheduled session at no cost
Or a full refund for the affected lesson
We strive to provide timely updates via email/SMS in case of cancellations.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be the original payment minus any applicable cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further queries.
